    • Roasted Top Round of Beef served with Horseradish Cream and Dijon Mustard
    • Seared Beef Tenderloin served with Cabernet Demi Glace and Horseradish Cream
    • Prime Rib Served with Au Jus and Horsradish Cream
    • Herb Roasted Pork Loin served with Apple Chutney and Honey Mustard Aioli
    • Smoked Turkey Breast served with Cranberry Chutney and Gravy
    • Cajun Fried Turkey Breast Cranberry Chutney and Gravy
    • All Carving Stations include Assorted Fresh Baked Rolls and Two Side Items

    Carving stations can either be Chef-Manned or Pre-Carved

  • Pasta Station

    • Choose Your Pasta: Penne Pasta, Cheese Tortellini, or Ricotta Gnocchi
    • Choose 2 Sauces: Garlic Pomodoro, Alfredo, Tomato Basil Vodka Sauce, and Pesto Cream
    • All Pasta Packages include Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Shrimp, Italian Sausage, Portabella Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Artichoke Hearts, Squash, Zucchini, and Cherry Tomatoes
    • Toppings include Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Basil Chiffonade, and Crushed Red Pepper

    Pasta Stations can either be Chef-Manned or with Four Predetermined Combinations. We can also provide unmanned pasta stations with four pre-determined combinations

  • Chef Manned Risotto Station

    Tossed to order with Guests Choice of Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Shrimp, Prosciutto, Portabella Mushrooms, Asparagus Spears, Caramelized Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Peas, Parmesan, Goat Cheese and Fontina Cheese

  • Mashed Potato Stations

    • Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Toppings include Bacon, Sour Cream, Broccoli, Chives, Basil Pesto, Caramelized Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese,and Roasted Garlic
    • Whipped Sweet Potatoes. Toppings include Candied Pecans, Brown Sugar, Mini Marshmallows, and Pineapple
    • Combination Mashed Potato Stations are also available
