- Oyster Roasts can either be priced by the bushel or by the person depending on how many other food options are chosen for the event.
- You just tell us when and where and we will do the rest. The Caterer will provide oyster tables, oyster knives, towels, trash cans, and oyster removal.
- Local oysters( when available), gulf oysters, specialty oysters, or a combination of different varieties.
- Served with cocktail sauce, mignonette sauce, hot sauce, and crackers (drawn butter available upon request)
